  1. Take a 1.5" pastry tartlet and fill with a small amount of Bakels RTU Caramel Sauce.
  2. Add the Bakels Instant Cream, Bakels RTU Caramel Sauce and water to a mixing bowl fitted with a whisk.
  3. Whisk for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pipe a rosette on top of the caramel-filled pastry tartlet.
  5. Decorate with Bakels Digestive Biscuit Crumb.
