Method

1. Using a beater, blend all ingredients (except cranberries) together for 1 minute first speed.
2. Scrape down.
3. Beat for 5 minutes second speed.
4. Fold in the cranberries.
5. Deposit into a 9" or 10" tin or ring.
6. Sprinkle crumble mix on top.
7. Bake: 175-180°C for 35 minutes.
8. Dust with sweet snow and decorate for Christmas.
