  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
  2. Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
  3. Scrape down.
  4. Mix for 5 minutes on medium speed.
  5. Pipe 90g into each cupcake case.
  6. Bake at 180℃ 20-25 minutes.
  7. Once cool, warm up some Bakels White Fudgice and thicken with some white chocolate.
  8. Pipe a cross onto each muffin and leave to set.
  9. Add a pinch of brown sugar to finish.

Yield: 24 hot cross muffins
