Biscuit Base

  1. Melt the butter, then blend in the Digestive Biscuit Crumb.

Cheesecake

  1. Add all cheesecake ingredients into a separate mixing bowl, fitted with a whisk.
  2. Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
  3. Scrape down.
  4. Mix for 4 minutes on high speed.

Assembley / Decoration

  1. Layer the pot with the biscuit crumb and top with cheesecake mixture.
  2. Pipe on the Fruit Filling – Blueberry 50% as desired.
  3. Top with fresh blueberries.
