1. Heat Bakels White Fudgice, add peppermint flavour and coat the pretzels.
2. Leave the coated pretzels to set.
3. Repeat coating the pretzels until they are well covered.
4. Colour Bakels White Fudgice with red food colouring, and spin over the pretzels.
(For an alternative finish, follow step 1 but instead use Bakels Rich Chocolate Fudgice. Decorate the chocolate coated pretzels with Bakels White Fudgice).
