Overview

Ready-to-use Mallow is a soft-set, ambient-stable mallow topping and filling with a creamy vanilla flavour and a light, gooey bite. Pipe, spread or inject straight from the pail for a clean slice and consistent finish across cakes, tarts, cookies and doughnuts. Whip for extra volume, colour or flavour as needed, and lightly torch for a classic meringue crust.
