Forming the perfect foundation to any sponge cake, Sponge Mix Complete is a premium sponge mix which is quick to prepare and only requires the addition of water for sponges with good volume and excellent eating qualities.

Wheat, Egg, Milk
1. Add all ingredients into a bowl fitted with a whisk.
2. Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
3. Scrape down.
4. Mix for 5 minutes on high speed.
5. Scale at 175g.
6. Bake at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes.
