Clear Glaze

Overview

Clear Glaze is a convenient glaze suitable for application onto doughnuts.

Applications include:

• Apply onto hot doughnuts once removed from the fryer.
• The Clear Glaze can be heated and then cooled doughnuts dipped into the glaze.
• Cool doughnuts can be dipped into ambient Clear Glaze and placed into the oven for approximately 30 seconds – this makes the glaze run and covers the doughnuts.

All three applications deliver the same touch-dry crispy effect to doughnuts/yum yums.
