Pancakes

  1. Add all ingredients apart from the mixed fruit into a bowl fitted with a beater.
  2. Stream in water on slow speed.
  3. Mix for 2 minutes medium speed until smooth.
  4. Heat hot plate to 190°C.
  5. Deposit 70g of batter on to the hot plate.
  6. Fry 2 minutes on one side, add 10g mixed fruit on to the pancakes.
  7. Flip for 1 minute on reverse side.
  8. Remove and allow to cool.

 

Assembly/Decoration

  1. In a bowl soften the White Fudgice to a piping consistency.
  2. Pipe a 10g cross of White Fudgice onto the fruited pancake to finish.
