Method

1. Add two thirds of the water and whisk on slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down
3. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute to clear
4. Add the remaining water over 1 minute and mix on medium speed for a further 1 minute until smooth
5. Set hot plate to 190°C-200°C.
6. Scale at 60-80g and bake for 2 minutes, then flip and bake for a further 1 minute.
7. Remove and allow to cool.

Note: Inclusions such as sultanas, chocolate chunks, blueberries can be added for variety, before flipping the pancakes.

Yield

44-58 pancakes depending on scaling.
