Dear Customer,

I would like to inform you of the special arrangements we are putting in place to ensure continuity of service to our customers before and after a temporary interruption that will affect all our business activities on Friday 30^th June 2023.

• Orders will be processed as normal up until Wednesday 28^th June for any deliveries due before the end of Friday 30^th
• On Thursday 29^th June, any orders received before 12-noon will be processed for delivery on Monday 3^rd
• Orders received after 12 noon on 29^th June and throughout Friday 30^th will be processed as soon as possible on the morning of Monday 3^rd July for delivery on Tuesday 4^th
• Orders received on Monday 3^rd July will be delivered as normal on Wednesday 5^th  July

I hope that these arrangements will ensure minimal disruption to our usual order and delivery performance.  We will, however, make efforts to deal with any specific customer requirements if communication of orders has not been possible during the day’s closure.

On the day of the planned shutdown, we will not be manning our usual Customer Service telephone lines.  We will, however, be maintaining a Hotline number (+44 1869 356440) to ensure urgent issues are dealt with.  This will be monitored regularly during the day.
