Dear Customer,

I would like to inform you of the special arrangements we are putting in place to ensure continuity of service to our customers before and after a temporary interruption that will affect all our business activities on Monday 24^th June 2024.

• Orders will be processed as normal up until Thursday 20^th June for any deliveries due before the end of Monday 24^th.
• On Friday 21^st June, any orders received before 12-noon will be processed for delivery on Wednesday 26th
• Orders received after 12 noon on 21^st June and throughout Monday 24^th will be processed as soon as possible on the morning of Tuesday 25^th. June for delivery on Friday 28th.
• Orders received on Tuesday 25^th June will be delivered as normal on Friday 28^th

I hope that these arrangements will ensure minimal disruption to our usual order and delivery performance.  We will, however, make efforts to deal with any specific customer requirements if communication of orders has not been possible during the day’s closure.

On the day of the planned shutdown, we will not be manning our usual Customer Service telephone lines.  We will, however, be maintaining a Hotline number (+44 1869 356440) to ensure urgent issues are dealt with.  This will be monitored regularly during the day.
