1. Add all ingredients into a spiral mixing bowl.
2. Mix for 3 minutes on slow speed and 5 minutes on fast speed.
3. Bulk for 30 minutes at room temperature in an oiled container.
4. Roll the dough to 0.6mm thick.
5. Cut out wrap shape (20cm).
6. Bake at 300°C for less than 1 minute.
7. Pack into plastic bags when hot to prevent drying out.
