Method

1. Mix for 3 minutes slow, 5 minutes fast speed.
2. Bulk for 30 minutes at room temperature in an oiled container.
3. Roll the dough to 0.6mm thick.
4. Cut out wrap shape (20cm).
5. Bake: 300°C for less than 1 minute.
6. Pack into plastic bags when hot to prevent drying out.
