1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
2. Scrape down.
3. Mix again on second speed for 5 minutes.
4. Scale at 140g into miniature loaf cake cases.
5. Sprinkle the top with chopped pistachios.
6. Bake at 190℃ for 20 minutes.

Yield: 15 miniature loaf cakes
