Brownie
- Add all ingredients into a bowl fitted with a beater.
- Mix for 3 minutes on low speed.
- Scrape down.
- Mix for 1 minutes on low speed.
- Scale at 1.3kg into rectangle foils.
- Bake at 165℃ for 50-55 minutes.
Assembly/Decoration
- Once cooled, spread over 600g of softened Speculoos Spread onto each foil.
- Sprinkle each foil with 90g of Speculoos Crumbles.
