  1. Add all the dry ingredients (except chocolate chunks) into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
  2. Add the liquids and mix for 1 minute on low speed.
  3. Scrape down.
  4. Mix for 5 minutes on medium speed.
  5. Add the chocolate chunks and blend through on low speed.
  6. Scale at approximately 1kg into a Bundt tin.
  7. Bake at 175℃ for 40-45 minutes.
  8. Once cool, top with Bakels White Fudgice and Bakels Rich Chocolate Fudgice, then sprinkle with mini hearts to finish.
