  1. Add Premium Scone Mix and water into a mixing bowl, fitted with a beater.
  2. Mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
  3. Scrape down.
  4. Mix for 1 minute 30 seconds on slow speed.
  5. Cover the mixture and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Using a scraper, chop up the dough and an egg.
  7. Scale at 150g and mould into desired shape.
  8. Allow the mixture to rest for 15 minutes.
  9. Apply an egg wash to the top of the mixture.
  10. Bake at 225°C for 15 minutes.
  11. Top with passata, cheese and chive and bake until cheese has melted.
