Muffin
- Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, fitted with a beater.
- Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
- Scrape down.
- Mix for 5 minutes on medium speed.
- Scale at 120g into cupcake cases.
- Bake at 190°C for 25-30 minutes.
Assembly/Decoration
- Heat Millionaires Caramel PF and cover top of muffin.
- Add shaved chocolate to top.
