Muffin

  1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, fitted with a beater.
  2. Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
  3. Scrape down.
  4. Mix for 5 minutes on medium speed.
  5. Scale at 120g into cupcake cases.
  6. Bake at 190°C for 25-30 minutes.

Assembly/Decoration

  1. Heat Millionaires Caramel PF and cover top of muffin.
  2. Add shaved chocolate to top.

Yield: 14 Muffins
