Method

1. Add all ingredients into a bowl fitted with a beater and mix for 1 minute on low speed.
2. Scrape down.
3. Mix for 5 minutes on medium speed.
4. Deposit into 6x9" foil tray.
5. Pipe RTU Lemon Cream Filling across the top (or post-bake).
6. Bake at 190℃ for 30-35 minutes.
