  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
  2. For for 6 minutes on medium speed.
  3. Using a piping bag with a 1cm tube, pipe three shells into heart shapes.
  4. Bake at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Once cool, dip the base into melted chocolate and spin the top to decorate.
