- Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
- Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed.
- Leave the mix to set for 10 minutes.
- Shape the mix into balls by piping, using an ice cream scoop or rolling by hand.
- Place a smaller ball on top of a larger ball for the snowmen.
- Bake at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes.
- Once cool, decorate as desired.
- To decorate, use baker's chocolate for the eyes and buttons on the snowmen.
- Use coloured sugar paste for the nose, hat and scarf on the snowmen.
