  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
  2. Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed.
  3. Leave the mix to set for 10 minutes.
  4. Shape the mix into balls by piping, using an ice cream scoop or rolling by hand.
  5. Place a smaller ball on top of a larger ball for the snowmen.
  6. Bake at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Once cool, decorate as desired.
  8. To decorate, use baker's chocolate for the eyes and buttons on the snowmen.
  9. Use coloured sugar paste for the nose, hat and scarf on the snowmen.
