Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed and add orange food colouring as desired.
Deposit small quantities of the mix into the mould (e.g. Silikomart Mini Charlotte SQ034). Use a scraper to smooth over and ensure the moulds are full and even.
Bake at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes.
Once cool, remove the pumpkin halves from the mould and sandwich together with a small amount of Bakels Rich Chocolate Fudgice.
Colour sugar paste green and make into small storks and top the pumpkins.
