1. Blend Kokomix and cocoa powder together on low speed using a beater.
2. Add water and mix for 3 minutes on medium speed.
3. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tube, with the made-up chocolate Kokomix.
4. Pipe the mix into ring shapes onto a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes.
6. Once cool, decorate with sugar holly leaves.
