  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
  2. Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
  3. Scrape down.
  4. Mix for 5 minute on medium speed.
  5. Scale at 40g.
  6. Bake at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes.
  7. One baked, melt Bakels White Fudgice and apply to the top.
  8. With a small knife, carefully make cuts in the icing, peel back the edges with the tip of a knife and use RTU Strawberry Glaze to fill the cuts in.
