  1. Add Premium Scone Mix, and water into a mixing bowl, fitted with a beater.
  2. Mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
  3. Scrape down.
  4. Mix for 1 minute 30 seconds on slow speed.
  5. Cover the mixture and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Pin out mixture and allow to rest under cover for 5 minutes.
  7. Cut into shape using a sharp heart cutter.
  8. Scale at 90g.
  9. Allow the mixture to rest for 15 minutes.
  10. Apply an egg wash to the top of the mixture.
  11. Bake at 225°C for 12 minutes.
  12. Once cool, dip the top of the scone into Raspberry Millionaires Caramel PF and top with freeze dried raspberries.
