1. Add all ingredients into a bowl fitted with a beater.
2. Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
3. Scrape down.
4. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
5. Deposit into rectangular baking foil (12" x 7.5")
6. Level off and randomly pipe swirls of RTU Lemon and Orange Cream Filling over the top.
7. Bake at 180°C for 25-35 minutes.
8. Once cool, decorate with mini Easter eggs.
