  1. Add Premium Scone Mix and water into a mixing bowl, fitted with a beater.
  2. Mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
  3. Scrape down.
  4. Mix for 1 minute 30 seconds on slow speed.
  5. Cover the mixture and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Pin mixture out like a Chelsea Bun, and spread a thin layer of RTU Orange Cream Filling and top with dark chocolate chunks.
  7. Roll up mixture.
  8. Cut scaling weight at 100g.
  9. Allow the mixture to rest for 15 minutes.
  10. Apply an egg wash to the top of the mixture.

Yield: 15 Scones
