Method

1. Using a beater, blend all the ingredients (except cranberries, orange zest and orange flavour [to taste] ) together on first speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down.
3. Add orange zest and orange flavour and mix for 5 minutes
4. Beat on second speed for 5 minutes.
5. Blend in the cranberries over first speed.
6. Deposit mix into greased Bundt cake tin
7. Bake: 180℃ for approximately 40 minutes.
8. Once cool, brush with heated White Fudgice and top with cranberries if desired.
