    1. Add Premium Scone Mix, chives and water into a mixing bowl, fitted with a beater.
    2. Mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
    3. Scrape down.
    4. Mix for 1 minute 30 seconds on slow speed.
    5. Fold in the cranberries for 30 seconds on slow speed.
    6. Cover the mixture and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
    7. Scale at 90g into muffin cases.
    8. Allow the mixture to rest for 15 minutes.
    9. Apply an egg wash to the top of the mixture.
    10. Bake at 225°C for 12-15 minutes.
    11. Once cool, drizzle the scone with White Fudgice to finish.
