Squares
- Place all cake ingredients into a mixing bowl, fitted with a beater.
- Mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
- Scrape down.
- Mix for a further 6 minutes on medium speed.
- Scale at 800g into a rectangle silver foil.
- Pipe 15 x 10g (5x3) of Bakels 50% Raspberry Fruit Filling into the cake batter.
- Bake at 180°C for approx. 30 minutes.
- Once cooled cut into 15 5cm x 5cm squares.
Assembly/Decoration
- In a bowl, gently heat the Bakels Speculoos Spread
- Spin all the cut squares with 50g of melted Bakels Speculoos Spread.
- Sprinkle 25g of Bakels Speculoos Spread across the top of the squares to finish.
