- Add Bakels Kokomix and cocoa powder to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
- Mix together on low speed.
- Add water and mix for 6 minutes on medium speed.
- Using an ice cream scoop, deposit the chocolate kokomix onto lined baking trays, making a well in the middle with the back of the scoop.
- Bake at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes .
- Once cool, deposit some heated Bakels Rich Chocolate Fudgice in the centre and place mini eggs on top to finish.
