Method

1. Place all of the ingredients into a spiral mixing bowl with a beater.
2. Mix on first speed for 1 minutes.
3. Mix on second speed for 2.5 minutes.
4. Rest the batter for 5 minutes before depositing - target dough temperature 24℃.
5. Scale at 50g.
6. Fry at 180-190℃ for 50 seconds each side.
