1. Add all ingredients into a spiral mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
2. Mix for 1 minute on low speed and 2,5 minutes on medium second speed.
3. Rest the batter for 5 minutes before depositing.
4. Scale at 50g.
5. Fry at 180-190°C for 50-65 seconds each side.
