  1. Add all ingredients (except Millionaires Caramel) into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
  2. Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
  3. Scrape down.
  4. Mix for 2 minutes on low speed.
  5. Place into a 32 x 20cm foil.
  6. Bake at 182℃ for 25 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle top with small brownie cubes.
  8. Heat the Millionaires Caramel until fluid (50℃) and spread a desired layer onto brownie base.
  9. Spin with melted baker's chocolate to finish.

Also try using Bakels Salted Caramel and sprinkle with rock salt to finish.
