- Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
- Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
- Scrape down.
- Mix for 2 minutes on low speed.
- Scale at 950g into a 7" x 12" tray foil.
- Top with chocolate chips.
- Bake at 180℃ (360℉) for approximately 25 minutes.
- When cold, finish with Rich Chocolate Fudgice and cut into squares or fingers.
