  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
  2. Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
  3. Scrape down.
  4. Mix for 2 minutes on low speed.
  5. Scale at 950g into a 7" x 12" tray foil.
  6. Top with chocolate chips.
  7. Bake at 180℃ (360℉) for approximately 25 minutes.
  8. When cold, finish with Rich Chocolate Fudgice and cut into squares or fingers.
