1. Add all ingredients into a bowl fitted with a beater.
2. Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
3. Scrape down.
4. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed.
5. Scale at 5kg for 18 x 30" tray.
6. Spread onto papered tray.
7. Bake at 182℃ for approximately 25 minutes.
8. When cold, finish with Bakels Rich Chocolate Fudgice and cut into squares or fingers.
