Bavarian Supreme is a hot process vanilla flavoured custard, requiring the addition of water and sugar.
Benefits include:
- No milk or eggs are present which make it suitable for storing at 20℃ for up to 72 hours.
- Bavarian Supreme can be used for filling custard slices, éclair shells, trifles etc.
- Particularly suitable where the finished custard has to withstand unfavourable storage conditions, such as heat and humidity.
