Method

1. Add the Actiwhite® Vegan Meringue Mix and water into a bowl fitted with a whisk.
2. Whisk on high speed for 5 mins.
3. Add group 1 sugar and whisk for 2 mins on high speed.
4. Add group 2 sugar and mix for a further 1 min on high speed.
5. Pipe into desired shapes onto silicone paper.
6. Bake at 90°C for 30 mins, bottom heat 1, top heat 3 (85°C in rack oven).
7. After bake time, turn the oven off and leave overnight in the oven to dry out.
