OVALETT

A vegetable based product containing no colour. Generations of craft bakers have come to recognise the benefits of product quality from using Ovalett.

OVALETT NNC

A vegetable based product, suitable for all types of mixers but especially for Morton Pressure Whisks, Oakes and similar mixers, where foaming can be a problem.

PETTINA WHIP

A sponge batter stabiliser in a soft paste form specifically for use on Mondo, Oakes and similar high shear batter developers.

SPONGE ENHANCER

A sponge improver in convenient powder form to strengthen sponge batters, improve volume and give a firmer texture to the baked product.
