INSTANT THICKENER
A stabiliser for fruit pies, based on pre-gelatinised starch. When added to cold water it swells and thickens instantly to a clear gel. It is suitable for use with tinned or fresh fruit and is freeze thaw stable
Improves fruit appearance and flavour - No breakdown with acidic fruits
Particularly recommended for addition to mincemeat for economical mince pies.
